Foothills Branch supports the efforts of other outdoor-oriented organizations.

• Kongsberger Ski Club offers cross country ski races and helps maintain the cross country ski trails at the Cabin Creek exit off I-90.
• Mountains to Sound Greenway aims to keep the road over Snoqualmie Pass an accessible landscape of forests, wildlife habitat, and open spaces.
• Snoqualmie Nordic Club hosts clinics, races, and promote Nordic skiing.
• Sound Rowers Open Water Rowing and Paddling Club is an organization conducting races for athletes in any open water, human powered craft.
• Volunteers for Outdoor Washington (VOW) trains volunteers to be stewards of the environment.
• Washington Kayak Club (WKC) is dedicated to all forms of paddle craft in the Pacific Northwest.
• Washington Trails Association (WTA), the voice for hikers in Washington State.
• Washington Water Trails Association (WWTA) is a non-profit membership organization whose members love to travel and enjoy the world by small boats.
